Winnipeg man put $5,000 deposit on electric vehicle almost four years ago

WINNIPEG, Dec. 23, 2011 /CNW/ – Ross Redman has been waiting for this moment for almost four years. In 2008, he put a $5,000 deposit down on an electric vehicle that would be coming to Canada at some point in the future. That day is now here as the first Mitsubishi i-MiEV (Mitsubishi innovative Electric Vehicle) sold in Canada was delivered to its biggest fan at Waverley Mitsubishi.
